I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in anxiety, relationships, and attachment, with a focus on young adults and individuals from diverse backgrounds. My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been curious about people - why we think the way we do, why patterns repeat, and how early experiences shape us. That curiosity led me to this work, and what keeps me here is helping clients make sense of their experiences and feel more in control of their emotions and relationships.

Our first session

It’s normal to feel nervous before meeting your therapist. My role is to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and grounded. During our first session, I’ll listen to understand what’s bringing you in, ask focused questions about your background and patterns, and begin building a plan that fits your needs.
