In my therapy, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, aspects of play therapy, and parenting interventions—I am informed in the evidence-based parenting model generation PMTO. I come from a family systems theory background, meaning the family unit influences and has a ripple effect on each other's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
