As an African American woman, I pride myself on serving diverse communities and helping people like you find their voice! I love working with young and middle aged adults whom are aiming to overcome challenges within their workplace, personal/familial relationships, and/or are looking to build their self esteem and overcome anxiety and depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have over a decade of experience working within the mental health field. My experience includes inpatient and outpatient medical and mental health facilities, prisons, and psychiatric hospitals. My journey began with a deep passion of serving others, coupled with my own life experiences of needing therapeutic support.

I have developed a tried-and-true approach to helping you 1) identify the cause of the issue at hand, 2) process your emotions around the issue, and 3) establish a game plan for a happier and healthier future through measured progress.

Our first session

Our first session would be utilized for introductions, taking a deeper dive into some of the challenges you are facing, and establishing a plan for follow up. Therapy is a place where it is all about YOU & the goal is for you to leave our session with a sense of relief and optimism in knowing that you found the therapist to join you on your path.
