My communication style

I strive for the environment of each session to have an overarching tone and feeling of comfort, as sometimes working through challenging experiences and emotions can be uncomfortable! I approach each person and session without judgment and display and communicate acceptance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was a consumer of therapy before I became a therapist. I found value in the therapeutic process and the therapeutic relationship and was compelled to learn more and become more involved in others' healing and therapeutic journeys. Assisting in making the journey of life more enjoyable is what drives me every day.

My goals for you

Goal setting is such an integral part of the therapeutic journey, and because of that, you are the driver! We can work together in identifying what areas of your life you are struggling with and build goals based on what you have identified.

Our first session

During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to see somebody, what you can expect out of therapy, and we will learn more about you! You will have opportunities to learn more about me and how I approach therapy and determine if we are a good fit.
