Most of my clients are adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety or depression. Many have family relationship challenges that they need to process or understand.

My approach

I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to be most effective. I also believe Mindfulness techniques are productive and helpful when trying to navigate personal issues.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was a teacher of special needs. I wanted to work with these students to improve their self-esteem and emotional health. I became an administrator for severely emotionally disturbed individuals and provided specialized educational placement to meet their unique needs.
