I offer a holistic, personalized approach using evidence-based modalities. Through CBT, we identify and change negative thought patterns, providing practical tools to manage anxiety and depression. EMDR helps process traumatic memories and distressing experiences. IFS explores different parts of yourself to foster self-awareness and inner harmony.
