As a first-generation, bilingual Latina, it is my passion to support BIPOC teens, transitional-age youth, and adults. I help my clients navigate anxiety, depression, burnout/chronic stress, life transitions, perfectionism, and relationship challenges while reconnecting with their authentic selves.
