Hi, my name is Nicole Stiving, LCSW. I specialize in trauma work and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, specifically Alternatives for Families CBT (AF-CBT). I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the clients I work with and look forward to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for clients to achieve their goals and thrive.

My focus

My background includes extensive experience working with children, youth, and caregivers. However, I provide individual therapy to children, youth, and adults. Additionally, I have experience providing family therapy. I experience working with those who experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, hyperactivity, opposition, difficulties concentrating, and sleep disturbances.

I am dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients, where they feel heard, respected, and valued. I believe in creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment or fear. My journey to mental healthcare

I was in high school when I decided I wanted to work in the mental health field after taking my first psychology course.
