My background includes extensive experience working with children, youth, and caregivers. However, I provide individual therapy to children, youth, and adults. Additionally, I have experience providing family therapy. I experience working with those who experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, hyperactivity, opposition, difficulties concentrating, and sleep disturbances.

My journey to mental healthcare
I was in high school when I decided I wanted to work in the mental health field after taking my first psychology course.
