I decided I wanted to work in the mental health field after taking my first psychology course in high school. I enjoy being part of a client's journey to change the narrative of their lives, focusing on the things within our control.

During the first session, we will review consent for treatment, confidentiality, assessments, and goals for treatment. We will discuss what brought you to seek mental health services and what you are hoping to address.
