I provide humor, warmth, and a compassionate, non-judgmental place where you can feel safe to share your concerns. Together, we will work to make goals and through goal-directed activities and conversations, help you make positive changes in your life. I can include faith-based treatment if wanted. This will be work, but it will be worth it.
My focus
I work with adults and adolescents ready to challenge themselves and improve coping. I treat severe mental illnesses including schizophrenia and psychotic disorders. My focus includes self-esteem, anger management, stress management, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm safety planning, and psychotic symptoms.
My approach
I use an eclectic, person-focused approach tailored to your individual situation and goals. I incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches. This flexibility allows us to form a treatment plan that meets your specific needs and helps you reach your goals.
