Hi there, I'm Sarah!

Welcome. I’m an LCSW who values community, support, love, and care. In a world often filled with pain, pressure, and shame, it’s beautiful that you’re taking time to slow down and care for yourself. I hope to help you strengthen your ability to love, honor, accept, forgive, trust, and be kind to yourself.

My focus

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I also specialize in working with survivors of complex childhood trauma. You are not alone.

My approach

I care about you feeling comfortable and safe in our sessions. We’re all just humans trying to figure it out! This is a judgment-free, healing-centered zone. I use strengths-based and person-in-environment approaches to nurture your gifts and honor your past without letting it define you. I also integrate CBT and mindfulness practices.
