As a person-centered focus therapist, my goal is to support and foster a positive relationship within yourself and find ways to support connecting with others. I also support adults who struggle to express themselves; "I don't know why I respond like that", unable to meet their emotional needs; "I don't know where to start" and those who find it difficult to connect with others; "I don't have people I can trust or that I can tell this to."
My approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on various techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion focus therapy and looking through a family therapeutic lens.
My focus
Overall my work has focused on working with monolingual Spanish-speaking parents/youth, multicultural families, LGBTQI self-identified individuals, and blended families.

When we work together my number one goal is to create a safe space for you to process, learn, and grow in different areas of your life.
My journey to mental healthcare
The people in my life were the buffers that have helped me become the person and therapist I am today. Ever since I was a teenager my goal was to become a therapist and support others like how they supported me in my journey.
