Using a client-centered, non-directive approach, we'll explore healing methods and coping strategies for anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity concerns. I provide a supportive and affirming space for adults, younger adults, and teens, including the queer community and veterans.
My focus
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorders, addiction, ADHD, PTSD, or relationship and identity challenges. Many explore authenticity, sexuality, or gender, while others address self-esteem, life transitions, stress, or family dynamics. I provide affirming care for queer individuals and veterans.
