I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse clients, including adult mental health facilities, youth group homes, providing case management for adults with developmental disabilities, school-based counseling, and supporting adults discharged from the hospital.

I believe in a client-centered modality and meeting my clients where they are at. When life gets hard, I believe it is important to have someone to help you process what you're going through from a place of curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life while feeling like they have a safe space.

I will meet you with empathy and unconditional positive regard. I hope to have clients feel supported, engaged, and to work collaboratively to reach their treatment goals.
