I give much importance to open communication to create an understanding and a non-judgmental environment. I always work to practice active listening while giving you the opportunity to reflect and share your experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience providing therapy, case management, and crisis services. What drew me to becoming a provider was the desire to be a safe person to individuals in need, as well as wanting to practice prioritizing mental health in our well-being.

My goals for you

You are the expert of your life! Together, we’ll set treatment goals that matter most to you. This could include building self-esteem, whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As we work together, we’ll adapt your plan to be supportive of you as you move toward where you would like to be.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. Just know that it's very normal to feel nervous the first time. Therapy is a process we’ll work to build together. We’ll work at your desired pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support you and guide you through the journey.
