I'm a bilingual (Spanish) social worker. I have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages to manage and reduce the impact of life stressors. I work with clients of all ages to address their needs related to Anxiety, Depression, Reactive Attachment, ADHD, and issues related to school, relationships, and other various life stressors.

I have experience utilizing therapeutic approaches including Strength-Based Perspective, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Systems Approach.

My journey to mental healthcare

My first interaction with a social worker was while I volunteered at a hospice agency. Having had the opportunity to witness the difference connecting with others can make in a time so delicate inspired me. I have since continued to expand my experience from dialysis clinics, schools, at-risk youth, and all ages.
