I welcome you on the journey of healing and personal transformation from a holistic approach to mind, body, and emotions. This may allow you to free yourself from belief systems, thought patterns, and habits that seem to be not working anymore and adversely influence health, relationships, personal growth, and inner peace. Stuck or repressed emotions feed into anxiety, depression, or anger, disrupting one's mental, physical, and social well-being. I work collaboratively in the session with you towards self-actualization & emotional fulfillment. My hope is to provide a safe space to cultivate awareness.
My approach
I apply various orientations and training such as CBT, REBT, solution-focused brief therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Existential therapy to help you manage emotional discomfort and with confidence & resilience.
My focus
My practice is based on the system's approach that focuses on treating the whole person keeping the surrounding in mind. Utilizing evidenced-based interventions/protocols I work with individuals to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, addiction, trauma, and personal growth-related concerns.
My communication style
I consider every individual as a whole and unique identity, hence, understanding clients' worldviews and working in collaboration with them to establish goals and treatment plans is an integral part of my practice.
