I treat clients ages 6 to 76 and offer individual, couple, family, and teen therapy. I have extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, self-worth, marital discord, grief and loss, life transitions, future planning, parenting and co-parenting, divorce, and work-life balance.
My approach
My approach is to be a guiding, supportive person-centered clinician. I believe deeply that therapy is not one size fits all and that every client, couple, or family will need different types of therapy and interventions to promote the healthiest experience and create the change and growth they're searching for.
