I have been a therapist in private practice for many years. For several years, I took a break from work in this field while I pursued other interests. I am now returning to my mission and purpose, working with adults to live a full and joyful life. LCSW CA6286.

I focus on relationship issues of all types, for example, work, significant others, parenting, divorce, and loss of loved ones. Anxiety and depression often accompany these issues.

My approach

I am client-centered, non-judgmental, transparent, and confidential. When those qualities are present, a safe place will naturally develop.

I work to create a safe and supportive environment that is intimate and inclusive. I am told that I am warm, accepting, and supportive.

I enjoy working with people and being a part of their success in living fuller, more joyful, and satisfying lives. I have professional training as a personal coach in addition to being a therapist.

My goals for you are to leave our sessions feeling more relaxed and empowered to be successful in your life. I have worked with very many people through all kinds of tough situations, and I can walk you through the process whereby you feel better and more in charge of your life.

We will start the first session with what you want and what your goals are for yourself. My hope for you is to leave the first session feeling relieved to have made the first step toward the change that you desire.
