My communication style

I work with each client to develop a virtual Therapy Room that is safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental. I create a nurturing space that also challenges the client's core beliefs, unhelpful thought patterns, and narratives to walk them through the trauma or challenges they face.

My journey to mental healthcare

I do not think of being a Therapist as a career choice. For me, it is a calling, and I hope that I am able, through my education, training, and experience, to act as a guide for my clients as they walk the path to healing.

My goals for you

The goal-setting phase should be collaborative and client-centered, such that the client can see the metrics that should be guiding their process.

Our first session

Initially, I spend the first portion of a session educating clients on Informed Consent issues such as limits of confidentiality and risks/benefits of therapy. I use agendas for each session to ensure that the areas most important to the client are addressed.
