Hi there, I'm Stacie!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have worked with folks struggling with trauma for over 25 years. My passion is blending body-based practices, yoga, mindfulness, and grounding to aid in managing the symptoms that are often associated with trauma.

My focus

My work is centered on supporting women who are navigating the impact of relational trauma, stress, anxiety, life transitions, and who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their bodies. I support clients in processing trauma, gently and holistically, and developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

My approach

I hope to help my clients learn practical, in-the-moment skills to understand their fight, flight, freeze, and fawn patterns to enable them to respond rather than react, engage in effective communication, building tools for emotional regulation, and set clear boundaries with others.
