At present, I am working with adult clients and focus on helping with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and recovery from grief and loss. I am also allied with veterans and the LGBTQ+ community.

I utilize many tools, including humor, honesty, sincerity, and down-to-earth communication, to foster trust in the therapeutic relationship. I frequently utilize Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma Informed, Task Centered, Solution Focused, and Psychodynamic models of therapy.
