My practice is centered around creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I believe in the power of collaboration and view therapy as a partnership — working together, as equals, toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my journey as a therapist in 2013. At the time, I was in the teaching profession, and I realized I wasn’t able to give my students the support they so desperately needed. That realization led me to change my major to counseling psychology — and I never looked back.

My goals for you

By fostering self-awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence, I help individuals overcome obstacles, build meaningful relationships, and create positive change in their lives.

Our first session

In the first session, you can expect a conversation filled with compassion, empathy, and understanding of your individual life experiences. We’ll discuss your goals and build a plan of action to reach them. I look forward to working with you toward a life worth living.
