Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel heard and understood. I especially enjoy working with Korean-speaking adults and older adults navigating emotional challenges, relationships, life transitions, and the complexities of immigrant and multicultural experiences.

My focus

I have particular experience supporting Korean-speaking clients, as well as immigrants, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family concerns, acculturation stress, identity issues, and major life transitions.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s needs and goals. Drawing from CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional awareness, and practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
