My focus

I work with individuals across the lifespan to address trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, behavioral issues, and life transitions, among other mental and social-emotional health concerns. I help clients develop and implement healthy coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.

My approach

I take an integrative approach to therapy and use a combination of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, play-based therapy, and neuroscience. These approaches help clients process challenges and develop healthy coping strategies that work for them.

My communication style

I foster a warm and client-centered environment in which clients feel heard and validated. I offer an open and empathetic communication style that allows clients to share what is going on in their lives without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a mental health provider started when I was working with transitional-aged youth who were aging out of the foster care system. It is an honor to work alongside clients as they process and overcome life's different challenges.

My goals for you

Setting goals is a collaborative effort between myself and my clients. I provide a supportive and strengths-based approach to help clients identify what they would like to achieve. We work together to break down large goals into smaller objectives to make them realistic and obtainable.

Our first session

In our first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment in which they can share what led them to therapy. We will collect background information, get to know one another, and discuss how therapy works. The most important goal is for clients to feel supported and have a clear understanding of what to expect.
