As an LCSW, I care deeply about supporting women through life’s transitions, especially the perinatal period. My eclectic, compassionate approach meets you where you are. Having experienced birth trauma and postpartum mood disorders, I understand how vulnerable this time can be and you don’t have to face it alone.
My focus
I've always had a passion for working with women, and my own experiences have guided me toward perinatal mental health. I predominately work with women through the family planning, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
My approach
