My specialties include anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, grief, job stress, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, school issues, self-esteem, and older adults. I especially welcome those who may have felt marginalized.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic approaches.
