I work from a strength-based, solution-focused perspective, drawing from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to help you build on your strengths and create meaningful change.

My journey to mental healthcare

At a young age, I had a desire to contribute positively to my community and have always had a deep curiosity about human resilience. I have always been drawn to help people through difficult times and believe that everyone has the potential for positive growth.
