I'm honored to assist motivated individuals in their personal journeys to increased life satisfaction. I guide youth and adults in identifying problems and stressors, helping them find relief and create meaningful change.

My focus

I work with individuals and minors ages 13-17. I specialize in supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma, grief, self-esteem, stress, and identity exploration.

My approach

I start by developing a therapeutic relationship so you're comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and vulnerabilities. I meet you where you are as we explore what brought you to therapy and identify your strengths, resources, and coping skills to create change.

Providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to share yourself is most important to me. I offer my genuine and authentic self as we navigate and explore ways to meet your goals for therapy.

My experience has taught me that the most important aspect of therapy is the connection you feel with your therapist. I'm a lifelong learner, always seeking ways to improve my practice and incorporate approaches that will assist my clients.
