Hello, I'm Cameron Lee, an accomplished change management supervisor, clinician (LCSW-114220), case manager, trainer, and consultant with over ten years of experience working with disenfranchised populations, from birth to death, and the workforce who support them. My approach to therapy centers on meeting you where you're at today and collaborating with you on creating a plan to better whatever stage of life or transition you're struggling with.
My approach
Experience includes case management, one-on-one and group/family therapy, case consultation, supervision, training, training development, program start-up, development, evaluation, and expansion. Theoretical frameworks implemented in clinical or case management practices: Post Modern (Solution-Focused, Collaborative), Humanistic, Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral, Systems, Multisystem, Interpersonal, Trauma Informed, and Somatic.
My focus
My focus is, as cliché as it sounds, to collaborate with you on creating a life of balance. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, transition/change, mind/body connection, dysphoria, medical fragility, and substance use. I have a special place in my heart for members of the LBGTQAI+ community.
My communication style
Given my background and personal interest in Yoga studies/practices, I attempt to bring that vibe to my sessions by encouraging a mindful interaction, where being authentically you is held, celebrated, and, on occasion, challenged with love and compassion.
