As a clinical social worker, I have been trained to utilize a person-in-environment approach and examine all variables impacting a client's life.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as well as Dialectical Behavioral and Therapy and Schema Therapy.
My focus
I treat individuals 18 and over that might be struggling with mood disorders including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

My goals for you
We discuss goal setting in the first few sessions. Typically, I ask clients to tell me how they would want to be different as a result of therapy, and this assists with the process of defining goals.
My first session with you
In the first session, I would want to have them ask me any questions they might have and discuss what brings them to therapy.
