Hi there, I'm Analuz!

I’m a licensed therapist with experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families. My background in community mental health informs my therapeutic style; I take an approach rooted in harm reduction and advocacy.

My focus

I use an intersectional framework to connect with a wide range of people regarding race, immigration, sexuality, gender identity, socioeconomic status, and disabilities. Many of my clients are neurodiverse (ADHD, autism, AuDHD). I enjoy working with folks navigating emerging adulthood, exploring identity, and navigating life transitions.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed with a foundation in narrative therapy and harm reduction philosophy. I tailor my approach for individual care, focusing on your strengths and needs and moving at your pace. I will work alongside you to identify goals, imagine change, cope with life transitions, and interrupt existing, automatic patterns.
