My approach
My approach to therapy focuses on supporting healthy habits for mood through physical health, mental well-being, and nutritional health/functional nutrition when applicable. I employ a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Experiential Therapy, Family Systems, Humanistic, Mindfulness-Based, Solution Focused, and Strength-Based techniques.

I primarily support individual clients coping with anxiety, depression, stress, mood management, family conflict, life transitions, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with my studies at Portland State University and the University of California, Berkeley, where I earned my Master's degree in Social Work. From January 2016 to March 2018, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Woodroe Place in Hayward, CA.
