I guide you through life obstacles, past trauma, and negative thoughts that hinder progress and undermine confidence.

I work with adult individuals who have experienced trauma, difficulty grieving, anxiety, work stress, recent loss, family stress, and feeling stuck in life.
My approach
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your world and mindset. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), evidence-based psychotherapy that helps recovery from trauma, grief, anxiety, and other disorders. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Therapy.
