Here you are! Taking the first steps to healing can be tough, but I am here to empower, encourage, and support you through this journey. We often find ourselves questioning our own strengths and ability to function in the world. We are human, and we have moments of self-criticism, doubt, and overall emotional suffering. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in this healing process. As a therapist, I believe that emotional healing comes from working together to gain access to the root cause of your struggles. Once we reach that goal, I will help you build insight, reflect, and develop healthier ways of thinking/being. Addressing these issues can help you get close to the life you want. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, grief and loss, and low self-esteem, you are not alone.
