Hi there, I'm Yitong!

I am Yitong (Ashley) Li, a bilingual (Mandarin and English) LCSW. I am experienced in treating a range of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attack, stress management, grief, parenting, and family relationship issues. My focus areas of practice are adolescents and adults who struggle with emotional distress, families, and immigrants who experience challenges in adjusting and integrating into new culture.

My approach

I am experienced in multiple evidence-based individual therapy approaches, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotional-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic approach.

My focus

I enjoy working with Chinese clients, especially new immigrants, and families. As a bilingual (fluent in Mandarin) therapist, I have the advantage of providing culturally sensitive and competent services to mandarin speaking clients.

My communication style

My communication style is warm, empathetic, compassionate, and insightful. I like collaboratively working with clients and creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for my clients to find their inner passion and direction.
