I also support overthinkers, overfunctioners, and those who grew up not having emotional guidance or support, who now want to break cycles and learn how to understand managing emotions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience as a first-generation Latina, witnessing the cultural and systemic barriers that keep people from getting the care they need. For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting underserved communities, making a personal vow to walk alongside my clients to get them to their goals.
