I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in treating Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, such as Trichotillomania. My journey to becoming a therapist was driven by a deep desire to help people feel less alone in their struggles. I believe that many suffer in silence, feeling isolated in their experiences. From an early age, I wanted to support others in finding connection, understanding, and a sense of meaning—whatever that may be for them.
