Open and direct communication is the style that I emphasize. In order to most effectively treat you, I understand we need to establish trustworthy communication. You can expect that I will practice empathy and calmness with you and will always ensure a non-judgmental space.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always felt profoundly about providing compassion and support to others, particularly in their most challenging times. I continue to be passionate about being a therapist because I see the beauty in all aspects of life, and I enjoy the challenge of working with people looking to better themselves.

My goals for you

Throughout our time together, I will regularly check in with you about your level of preparedness in reaching various goals. I want to ensure you feel prepared to tackle the next step in the process-while also challenging you, as appropriate, to become the best version of yourself.

Our first session

Our first session may bring about nervousness because of a new interaction and opening up about some of the most sensitive topics about yourself. However, understand that I will practice patience and understanding in hearing out your general struggles and mutually identifying the goals you are looking to achieve.
