Open and direct communication is the style that I emphasize. In order to most effectively treat you, I understand we need to establish trustworthy communication. You can expect that I will practice empathy and calmness with you and will always ensure a non-judgmental space.

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist felt natural. I've always felt profoundly about providing compassion and support to others, particularly in their most challenging times. I continue to be passionate about being a therapist because I see the beauty in all aspects of life, and I enjoy the challenge of working with people looking to better themselves.

My goals for you

Throughout our time together, I will regularly check in with you about your level of preparedness in reaching various goals. I want to ensure you feel prepared to tackle the next step in the process, while also challenging you, as appropriate, to become the best version of yourself.

Our first session

Our first session may bring about nervousness because of a new interaction and opening up about some of the most sensitive topics about yourself. However, understand that I will practice patience and understanding in hearing out your general struggles and mutually identifying the goals you are looking to achieve.
