I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist based out of Sacramento, California. I have been a therapist for children, teens, and families for 10 years. I consider it a privilege to earn my client's trust and walk with them through difficult thoughts and emotions. It's an honor to meet clients where they are and provide them with insight.
My focus
I work with children, teens, and families who have experienced trauma. Clients I've worked with most commonly are dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, low self-esteem, relationship challenges due to early attachment issues, excessive anger, and grief.
My approach
My approach is client-centered and varies depending on my client's needs, age, development, and cultural background. I use strength-based, trauma-informed approaches in all of my sessions. I naturally tend to utilize Cognitive-behavioral, Solution-focused, trauma-focused, and attachment-informed approaches.
