My journey to becoming a provider was rooted in a deep interest in human connection and emotional resilience. That interest grew into a commitment to supporting others through life's challenges. Through training and clinical experience, I found meaning in creating safe spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to clarify what matters most to them. Together, we break goals into manageable steps and use evidence-based approaches to build insight, develop coping strategies, and support lasting change—all within a safe, compassionate space.

Our first session

A first session with me is all about getting to know you in a safe, supportive space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to work on, and any goals you might have. I'll also ask some questions to better understand your background and current challenges, but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.
