Hi there, I'm Christy!

Life Transitions & Adaptation through Faith and action: When your life circumstances change, you may need new ways to cope, adapt, and move forward. With care, I help younger and older adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, changing sight, disability, and life transitions as they adjust to changing roles, relationships, and life circumstances.

My focus

Change can be challenging, but it can also create opportunity for growth and new direction. If you are ready to participate actively, share your thoughts and feelings, and in faith, set meaningful goals, and work toward meaningful change, no matter how small, I invite you to connect with me.

My approach

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other techniques to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control and empowered . I may incorporate mindfulness or other techniques to support your unique goals and progress toward adapting to your new normal.
