My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about what you're going through without fear of being misunderstood or dismissed. Clients often describe me as grounded, present, and real—I bring my full self into the room and invite you to do the same.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my desire to understand what keeps people safe, healthy, and supported. It started with my studies in linguistics, public health, and policy-making, all of which focused on human well-being and advocating for individuals.

I help clients reach their goals by combining structured, evidence-based practices with a highly personalized and collaborative approach. At the start of our work together, we spend time clarifying what matters most to you—what’s working, what isn’t, and what kind of life you want to build.

Our first session

Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your needs, and what brings you to therapy. I approach this initial meeting with curiosity, compassion, and care. I want you to feel heard and understood, not rushed or judged.
