Issues and populations that I often work with clients: trauma, emotional processing, relationships, sociological and political stressors, spirituality, existentialism, LGBTQ+, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, relationship anarchy, sex, kink, BDSM, life purpose, friendships, financial issues, and limiting beliefs.

I offer a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors you as both a whole person and part of the larger collective. I integrate existential, solution-focused, shadow work, narrative, emotionally focused, and somatic approaches based on your needs to help you connect with purpose, set goals, integrate hidden parts, and access your body's wisdom.
