My focus

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem concerns. I especially enjoy supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier patterns.

My approach

I take a collaborative, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I integrate CBT, EMDR, and parts work (IFS) while tailoring treatment to your unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive, unshaming space where you can build insight, self-compassion, and practical tools for meaningful, lasting change.
