My primary focus is the LGBTQ+ community, specializing in transgender and gender non-conforming folks. I also have expertise in alcoholism and addictions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and PTSD and trauma including mental, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse.

I also support clients navigating alcoholism and addictions, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and trauma from mental, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse.

My approach

I consider myself an eclectic therapist who utilizes a wide variety of theories and techniques, including Mindfulness, Somatic, Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, and Gestalt, to serve the diverse needs of my clients.
