I'm a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist who takes pleasure in supporting individuals as they develop tools to better themselves. I'm here to work as a team with you to cope with daily stressors and handle upcoming challenges. My goal is to help you develop a quality of life rooted in well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began witnessing a social worker provide counseling to my family. Having experienced firsthand the lack of mental health services in my community, my passion grew. These meaningful experiences inspire me to support each client in feeling heard, empowered, and in control of their life.
