I specialize in mental health and forensics, helping people of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds improve their lives and heal from mental and emotional distress.

I work with clients managing trauma, criminal justice involvement, abuse, addiction, gender dysphoria, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, substance use, and other severe mental illness. I have experience with active duty military and law enforcement.

I emphasize a positive therapeutic relationship that fosters empowerment and safety. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a wide range of theories and techniques selected based on each client's unique situation and needs.

I believe a therapeutic environment has a calming effect, reduces stress, and makes you feel comfortable and safe to be yourself. This creates a climate of trust and understanding where you can unpack vulnerabilities and move toward healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started as a pre-med student but discovered my passion for studying the mind. Working in mental health, I found I truly enjoy helping people understand how their minds work and develop the skills to become healthier, stronger, and more empowered.
