Hi there, I'm Adriana!

I have 11 years of experience working with clients of all ages. I am currently only accepting clients over the age of 12. I will work with you on developing goals that will lead you towards healing and a greater understanding of yourself, as well as those around you.

My focus

I work with anybody over the age of 12 years old, families, and couples counseling.

My approach

I enjoy working with faith-based clients, specifically in Christian counseling. I also work with anybody regardless of background. I work with CBT, trauma-focused therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and DBT.

My communication style

I have a direct, clear, and realistic approach to communicating with my clients. I'm gentle in my approach but will be upfront about what needs to be addressed.

My journey to mental healthcare

We have all gone through difficulties in our lives, and I am no exception to that. I can relate with others well, and I am using my skills and abilities to help those around me. I continue to work in this field as I truly believe it is my purpose in life.

Based on our first session, I will work along with my client on setting goals that need to be addressed to decrease the greatest amount of dysfunction in their life.
