I’m a counselor with over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents, women, and families through life’s most challenging and transformative seasons, with a focus on teen and maternal mental health. Drawing from both my clinical training and background as a Division I athlete and coach, I bring a deep understanding of pressure and resilience.
